Body Combat classes are a fun, empowering cardio workout mixing material arts and endurance, unleashing strength you never knew you had.
As well as raising your heart rate, it’s a great class to relieve stress. You will punch, kick and kata your way through calories to a leaner, healthier, fitter body.
Whilst it draws its inspiration from Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo and Tai Chi, you don’t need to be a black belt in martial arts to take this class.
Who Should Take Body Combat Classes?
The class is suitable for all those with a moderate fitness level and movements are quite simple so you don’t need to be greatly coordinated. Male, female, young, old – come and give it go.
