Free-Weights

A free-weight is any type of weight training equipment that doesn’t limit the range of motion with which you can use it. This is in contrast to strength machines.

So why is that good?

In using free-weights you will naturally use stabiliser muscles to keep the weight steady. This means that not only are you working on the target muscle, you’re also working other muscles that are used to keep yourself stable.

Greens renovation works are taking place on 21st and 22nd Sept and 5th and 6th of October. This will effect the putting surfaces for a period of time.
