At Ingrebourne Links Golf & Country Club, we have a team of Personal Trainers on-hand to assist you in achieving your fitness goals.
Having a Personal Trainer to guide you through your fitness routine will ensure your workout is more effective and you see quicker results.
Our Personal Trainers are all fully REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) registered and trained. Whether it's weight-loss, toning up or specific training for sport, they will assist you in achieving your fitness ambitions.

About me:
I’m Alex. I am recently new to working in the fitness industry, starting in November 2022. I currently work for Peterborough United Women Football Club as their Head of Performance, specialising with sport specific warm up, fitness specific testing and recovery-based exercises coupled with a BSC degree in Sport and Exercise Science. My background in fitness and the gym has spanned over 7 years, with my main goal of getting the best out of my clients and seeing them succeed and smash their goals.

About me:
Since 2015 I have been doing Freelance Personal Training with private clients off my own back but in 2020 I decided to take it as a full time career I specialise in High Intensity Weight Training and during the 1st Lockdown I started a men’s mental health&Fitness forum and email list.I also teach LES MILLS BODYPUMP.

Jade Richardson
About me:
From my early school days playing sport and keeping fit has been a big part of my life. I was involved in many sports including athletics, gymnastics and badminton and knew from a young age that I wanted to pursue a career within the fitness industry.
About my clients:
I use training methods specific to my client and their goals. I feel I am particularly suited to people new to exercise who may lack confidence in their ability as well as those who exercise regularly and want a new challenge! The areas I have the most competence in are cardio training, general weight loss and complete body conditioning. I inject a lot of fun into every workout, provide lots of motivation and encouragement, track progress, and vary routines to keep clients engaged and continuously improving.
