Health & Wellbeing Seminar

About

So what is wellbeing? It is about our habits and lifestyle choices that allow us to be our best selves. Wellbeing encompasses feeling positive and energised. Wellbeing is important to us all at home, at work, with our family and community.

Our inaugural wellbeing seminar will focus on a core pillar of wellbeing: Physical Health. The seminar will deliver an understanding that investing in a physically active lifestyle not only improves physical health but also contributes significantly to mental health. Discover top tips and practical tools to create a healthier lifestyle that positively affect physical and mental wellbeing.
