Health & Wellbeing Seminar

So what is wellbeing? It is about our habits and lifestyle choices that allow us to be our best selves. Wellbeing encompasses feeling positive and energised. Wellbeing is important to us all at home, at work, with our family and community.

Our second wellbeing seminar will focus on the benefits of variability in your exercise and physical activity routines. The seminar will enhance your understanding of how investing in a varied exercise routine can have clear benefits to your fitness and wellbeing. We will introduce top tips on how you can boost your fitness and maintain an optimal physical activity routine for 2020.
